In my first week of joining, I decided to introduce myself on our weekly ‘Friday Huddle’ call with a ‘two-truths-and-a-lie’ game, which was received so well that it has now been adopted as a new tradition for all new joiners. I was comforted in the knowledge that I had joined a firm who want their people to leave their mark and help shape its culture.

Be UK has given me the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging programmes within our commercial and retail banking segment. From technology delivery to regulatory change I’ve learnt a lot and had great support from our senior team to develop my career. I really enjoy working with a diverse group of people, who encourage me to challenge my own thinking for the better!

As an experienced consultant, coach and manager, I get a real sense of pride seeing people grow within the business.
